Friday November 15, 2002
9:00 am - Doors Open
10:00am - 12:00 Noon - Check in of Ukulele entries.
12:00pm - 5:00pm - Exhibition open to the public.
6:30pm - 9:00pm - UGH members only pupu get together.
 
Saturday November 16, 2002
9:30am - 9:00pm - Exhibition open to the public.
9:30 am - 9:00pm - Entertainment with Halau's, Ukulele Players, and some special guests
 
Sunday November 17, 2002
9:30am - 3:00pm - Exhibition open to the public
10:00am - 3:00pm - Entertainment
11:00am - 12:00 Noon - UGH Auction
3:00pm - 5:00 pm - Clean Up.

Marriott Waikiki Beach Hotel
$120.00 per night plus tax double occupancy
 
Pagoda Hotel
$77.00 per night plus tax (you can sleep up to 4 people including parking)

Exhibition Costs:
 
Ukulele's (limited to 3 per member) @ $25.00 per instrument.
 
Vendor tables @ $100.00 per table
 
School tables @ $ 100.00 per table
 
Friday night members only event $ 25.00 per person
 
UGH seminars - UGH members free, non-members $ 20.00 per seminar.

6:00pm - 6:45pm - Special Presentation with Leslie Nunes - The historical background of the Ukulele from the Nunes Family.
 
7:00pm - 8:00pm - Entertainment with Byron Yasui, Benny Chong, and Lyle Ritz... and possibly other special guest players.
