Wokman's May Ono Grinds:
"Ebony Bean Chicken"
2-3 lbs. chicken thighs deboned and chopped into small pieces
1 cup sliced carrots
3/4 cup chopped round onions
1/2 cup green onions
2 tblsp. Shoyu
3-4 tblsp. "Ebony Bean" aka "Black Bean" rinsed and coarsely mashed
salt and pepper to taste
Heat 2-3 tblsp oil in wok. Sauté carrots and round onions until tender
then remove. Add chicken to the wok and sauté until cooked. Return the
carrots and onions to the wok, add shoyu, Ebony Bean, salt, and pepper and stir thoroughly. Place onto a heated serving dish and garnish with green onions. Overlay onto hot rice and grind!...So Ono!...Enjoy!
